Note: MealGo does not collect or store sensitive personal data such as financial passwords, biometric data, or health records. Payment information is handled securely by authorized payment gateways.
3. Purpose of Data Processing

- Providing and managing meal subscriptions and deliveries
- Processing payments and issuing refunds

All Data Processors are contractually obligated to:

Despite best efforts, no digital system is entirely secure. MealGo shall not be liable for breaches caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or comply with legal obligations.
- Upon withdrawal of consent or completion of purpose, data is:
- Deleted, or
- Anonymized, unless retention is required by law.

13. Policy Updates

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
